You can order products from us via either amazon, eBay or Play. The buy now buttons on this website will take you to our amazon listings. If you would like to visit our online stores on Amazon or eBay you can find the links here.

Shipping
All ordered items will be shipped within 24 hours. If ordering for delvery to the UK or Europe please purchase off our UK Amazon site. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. If you are ordering for the USA or Canada please purchase from United States Amazon site. Orders from elsewhere should be ordered from whichever site you prefer.

Delivery Times
UK - usually within 2 working days, often next day
Europe - around 3-5 working days
USA - within 1-4 days via USPS.
Rest of World - around 5-10 days

Problems, returns and refunds
We pride ourselves in choosing high quality products and offering high levels of service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure a high standard of service we understand that from time to time problems do happen. We offer a full returns policy if you are not happy with your products. We do ask that you are patient with us however. We would appreciate it if you give us a chance to rectify any issues before leaving any feedback!
